Anchoring
An anchor is an emotional state (positive or negative) that is triggered by one of our five senses. Have you ever been having a fantastic day, driving your car without a care in the world and a song comes on the radio, and for no apparent reason you start feeling sad or unhappy? That is because the song has an anchor for you and it has been set unconsciously when you were in a highly charged emotional state. We can either set positive empowering anchors like Courage and Determination that can be accessed before going into an exam or job interview or collapse the negative anchors we have had for years.
Phobia Cures
A Phobia is usually a fear of the dark, snakes, spiders or a fear of drowning or something similar, these are easy to overcome and can be life changing experiences. At the end of 90 minutes your teachers will be able to do these exercises with the students.
