Most people who study martial arts will take 2 or 3 years training to break a board. In this fun and exciting 2 hour workshop you will learn how to put yourself in that same powerful mental and physical state in an instant Then any time you are faced with a challenge all you have to do is put yourself back into that same state and you will be able to break through any challenge that comes your way.
