but we rarely get a clear and specific understanding of what attitude is.
Attitude comprises of 3 components:
1. Thoughts "We choose out thoughts".
This program teaches simple, easy techniques in
choosing positive, inspiring thoughts all the time.
2. Feelings "All humans react and say things
which underpin the way they feel". This program
shows why we choose particular feelings and how we can
choose a more empowering feeling.
3. Actions "When we change our physiology we change
the chemical balances in our brain". This program shows
many practical ways of using our body and our voice which
create an instant improvement in our attitude.
