People’s personalities are like a rainbow there are a range of colours although we all have one dominant style (colour) this is an invaluable program for identifying the best people in the best positions.
A RED who is typically to the point, likes the big picture is a risk taker and likes action would not make a good financial controller.
On the other hand a GREEN who likes to play it safe is good with facts and figures and does not like change would not be the best person to design a new and exciting company logo.
