Have you ever asked the question Why did you do this or that?
Only to be given a blank look and told "I dunno"
The answer is really quite simple; the challenge is we are
not consciously aware of it
No Matter what people do or not do they always have a reason.
That reason is to meet a need or a feeling!
Research shows these needs can be chunked down into 6 major groups and they can all be met in either a positive or negative way
Weather you are a "9/11 High Jacker" or a "Mother Teresa"
Everything you do is to meet one or more of these needs.
This fun filled 90 minute powerful presentation is fun and very informative with many great metaphors and stories that all students and teachers can easily relate to. It has many subtle messages about drinking, drug taking and fighting with out actually targeting specific people or groups.
The best part is participants recognise
what needs they meet in them selves and
others then they come up with their own
answers and action plans.
Participants will discover
- There own driving needs
- How they are currently meeting them either positively or negatively.
- Strategies to meet their own needs more positively
- How to recognise what needs others are meeting.
- The pain/pleasure principal.
- Plus much more.
"Why you do what you do" is an ideal and inspiring program to follow on from our basic introductory "Brilliant Attitude"
